NKE GROUP ANNOUNCES THE PURCHASE OFAQUAREAD (UK)

nke Group today announces the acquisition of Aquaread, a company renowned for monitoring and measuring water quality. This transaction marks an important step in the growth and development of nke Group, and opens the way to significant new opportunities and synergies.

Strategic complementarity

The acquisition of the company AQUAREAD fits perfectly into the development of nke Group. The products and services offered by AQUAREAD are highly complementary to those of nke Instrumentation, creating a synergy that will benefit our customers, partners and employees.

This natural complementarity will also allow our customers to benefit from a broader range of products, while maintaining the standards of excellence that characterize our company. This acquisition also strengthens our ability to innovate and provide global solutions to meet the present and future needs of our customers.

Aquaread, based in Broadstairs, UK, develops and manufactures dedicated water quality monitoring instruments for portable and permanent applications, telemetry solutions and a comprehensive suite of water level sensors. The company actively works in the surface water, groundwater, wastewater and aquaculture markets. It has a strong presence in the United Kingdom as well as internationally through its distribution network.
