As part of a retirement, a Swiss manufacturer of components in the field of pressure, temperature and level measurement, which positions itself as a challenger in several high-tech industries, is looking for a candidate secretary administrative and accounting (Paris Sud Massy region).
Your missions will be multiple and formative: you will have both a very large autonomy and you will understand a large number of areas of the company (sales, logistics, invoicing, etc.)
Profile sought for this very versatile position:
- Higher education desired
- Accounting concepts
- Knowledge of SAP will be a plus
- Languages: English is preferred (occasional contacts with the group in German-speaking Switzerland)
You will be supported by an experienced N + 1 who wants to improve the skills of his teams.
Experience: experience desired, but the profiles of voluntary and resourceful beginners will be studied.

Main missions :
- Entering customer and supplier orders, including through customer portals
- Preparation, management and sending of documents (Acknowledgments of receipt of order, BL, invoices, etc.)
- Punctually, entering price offers for customers
- Management of goods received from the factory, shipments to our customers and carriers
- Stock management
- Tel / mail responses to customers about deliveries, invoicing, payment
- Entry and management of payments, Lettering / transfers / bank, VAT declarations, DEB
- Ranking
- Financial reporting to Switzerland (through SAP)
