Our subsidiary VAISALA France SAS, located in Saclay, is the world leader in ground-based and wind-powered Lidar (Light Detection and Ranging) equipment for atmospheric observation.
The VAISALA Instruments division markets measuring instruments (humidity, dew point, CO2, temperature, etc.) for manufacturers for process optimization and energy savings, monitoring systems, particularly for the pharmaceutical industry, probes to optimize biogas production as well as analyzers for power transformers.
Missions:
We are currently looking for a Inside Sales – Junior F/M in our sales team in France.
Reporting to the France Sales Manager, you will manage and support sales activities, mainly opportunity management, commercial prospecting and team support in the context of sales development.
Your significant missions will consist of:
- Qualify/distribute requests, make certain quotes and follow up on certain offers.
- Manage part of incoming calls for dispatch
- Prospect via targeted campaigns
- Promote after-sales service (calibrations, repairs) to customers, guide customers for after-sales returns
- Provide first-level product and application technical support via live video meetings, phone, email, and chat
- Feed data and daily customer activity into the CRM
- Manage the stock of demo material
- Manage price lists for OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturer) and distributors
- Occasionally participate in professional events
- Administrative tasks: Management of outstanding payments, creation of supplier accounts, etc.
Profile:
Bac +2 minimum, generalist or commerce and justify a first experience of minimum 2 years, ideally acquired in an international context or at least acquired in a related field.
Technical knowledge and skills:
- Knowledge of sales and prospecting techniques
- Customer orientation with the ability to communicate features and benefits of products, services
- Ability to learn the market, products and applications
- Ability to interpret technical documentation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of a CRM tool (Salesforce, etc.)
- Ability to communicate fluently in French and operationally in English

- Able to be autonomous in time management, organization and prioritization of tasks
- Reliable and acts with speed and dynamism, able to work in a collaborative and international environment
- Ability to manage a fast workflow and multiple concurrent projects
