C2AI is strengthening its Lyon team to continue developing its growth and is recruiting for the position ofTechnical Assistant M/F

Under the responsibility of the Technical Manager and within the C2AI technical team, you will be responsible for providing administrative assistance to the technical service and in particular:

– Be the preferred contact for the Technical Service: taking lines + dispatching requests in the service

– Process customer orders

– Manage the planning of laboratory orders

– Ensure flow management: supplier returns

– Ensure and monitor after-sales service purchases

– Organize the planning of interventions

– Ensure logistics linked to interventions: hotel reservations, restaurant, etc.

– Establish calibration certificates and ensure their sending

– Verify subcontracted calibration certificates.

 

You will provide telephone assistance to customers, and will act as the interface between customers and suppliers.

In application of our Quality approach, you will write and archive the technical documents of the products.

 

Profile:

Training Bac+2 type BTS ATI or BST Management Assistant with an appetite for technology, you were able to exercise and develop your knowledge of automation, measurement and instrumentation during 2 to 5 years of professional experience in this field.

 

You master the pack Office.

 

The practice of technical English and / or Italian will be a plus that C2AI will be able to value.

 

In terms of your personal qualities, you are at ease in relational situations and enjoy teamwork. You are autonomous in your professional organization and know how to manage priorities.
