Job description:

Your main missions:

• Develop and retain existing customers in the pre-sales and after-sales phases.
• Prospect an industrial clientele able to respond to the applications of our products.
• Develop a relationship of trust with the customer and by contributing to his loyalty thanks to the quality of listening, and the relevance of the answers.
• Ensure the traceability of all interventions in the computer system to allow their commercial or technical re-use.
• Promote and contribute to the sale of our offer by identifying commercial opportunities on the Products or Services.
• Share the information collected during customer contacts (dysfunction, desired product development, business opportunity) - Participate in our continuous improvement and the quality of our customer experience.

Profile description:

• With a minimum BTS or DUT type training in Physics and Chemistry, you have at least 5 years of experience in providing technical solutions. Good communicator with strong customer sensitivity, you are recognized for your sense of service and your ability to cooperate within a team. Voluntary, curious, organized, you do not hesitate to take initiatives and you show tenacity. Established in the region, you will work in a home office to organize your customer tours and ensure business revival.

Minimum experience in the position : Minimum 5 years
