We have a direct sales and support organization in Germany, France, UK, Austria, Switzerland as well as USA, Canada, Japan and China. As part of our development, we are looking for a Service Technician (M / F).

Your Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the Head of After-Sales Service, you ensure maintenance, repairs and metrological checks on customers' premises in complete independence
• You carry out telephone pre-diagnostics with customers and establish repair quotes for your sector

Your profile :

• Graduated from a professional Bac to Bac +2 in physical, electronic, electromechanical or equivalent measurements, you have a 1st successful professional experience acquired ideally in the laboratory or scientific sector
• Your assets: Ability to adapt, team spirit, autonomy, rigor, versatility, initiative and excellent interpersonal skills
• You work with the tools of the Office Pack (Excel, Word) and SAP
• You master English
