Video workshop
Allow an employee to'offer your skills professional and/or personal to a Non-profit organization, on his working timel, while being paid by his employer, with a tax exemption possible for the company.
- A few hours per week, 1 or 2 ½ days per month, 1 day per month over several months, a few days per year or other frequency,
- Full-time or part-time secondment for the end of your career before retirement.
👉Develop your CSR policy with and for employees,
👉Contribute to the consolidation of the employer brand,
👉Attract employees, engage them and retain them,
👉Reduce absenteeism, turnover,
👉Develop talents: agility, adaptability
Examples of skills sponsorship missions within an association and/or for its beneficiaries:
- Develop communication and social networks,
- Manage accounting and cash flow, optimize finances,
- Offer your computer skills: discovery of the computer and its use in order to reduce the digital divide
- Help with reintegration into employment: help with writing CVs, cover letters, simulated interviews, interpersonal skills
- Participate in the development of the strategy of a solidarity grocery store,
- Gardening on a solidarity farm to then harvest fruits and vegetables for disadvantaged families,
- Support the management of a solidarity warehouse,
- Ensure French conversation.
