Temperature measurement is widely used, practiced by everyone, and yet its determination is more complex than it seems! This presentation aims to provide some principles for obtaining good measurements. On the one hand, the importance of clearly defining your needs will be recalled, then on the other hand various sensor technologies as well as their limits, then the subject will be illustrated with concrete examples of implementation. Various disturbing effects will also be recalled with their effects on the measurement results.
