Since 2014 any company regardless of its workforce, its sector of activity must organize a professional meeting with all of its employees.
This compulsory interview, held every 2 years from the date of hire (a mandatory summary report takes place every 6 years). It aims in particular to support the employee in his prospects for professional development and to identify his training needs. The points that must be addressed are recorded in a report, of which the employee also keeps a copy.
For the company it is a managerial tool, it constitutes the means of drawing up a precise inventory of the skills and aptitudes of the collaborators. It makes it possible to bring together career prospects and the company's needs for new skills.
The professional interview (which is by no means an individual assessment interview) is a privileged moment of exchange that lasts on average 1h30. It is a time of listening, of dialogue which allows the 2 parties to create or recreate a relationship from which each will emerge a winner.
