Maintenance technician for vibration benches
SPECTRAL DYNAMICS
The company Spectral Dynamics France is looking for a maintenance technician for vibration benches, to
complete its team and continue to develop its activity in France.
Spectral Dynamics Inc, our parent company designs, develops and markets vibration controllers
since many decades. Over the past fifteen years, the product range has expanded in order to offer our
customers the entire vibration test bench, including the vibration controller, the hydraulic vibrator or
electrodynamics, the associated power amplifier, the horizontal table, expanders ...
Integrated into the team and under the responsibility of the Director, you will be based in Voiron, regular trips
in France are to be expected. Occasional trips to Europe or the United States may be requested.
You will be responsible for performing maintenance operations primarily on electrodynamic vibrators
directly to our customers. Maintenance operations on other test equipment may be
carried out according to your needs and your knowledge.
Main missions of the position:
- Plan and prepare preventive and curative maintenance operations
- Perform maintenance operations on customer site, in France
- Write the intervention slips after each maintenance operation
- Monitor existing customers, to monitor needs in order to report them to the service
commercial
- Make regular reporting of the vibration bench maintenance activity to the Director
- Respond to customer technical support requests
Required profile :
- BAC + 2 level with experience in industrial maintenance, in particular in mechanics.
The essential criteria:
- Technical knowledge in mechanical maintenance, ideally applied to vibration means
- Be dynamic and demonstrate autonomy
- Organization, priority management
- Sense of responsibility
- Correct level in English
- Indispensable interpersonal skills
- Versatility of mind to adapt to the size and function of the structure
Secondary criteria that may be a plus for your application:
- Computer skills, various OS and common software (office suite, etc.)
- Knowledge of power electronics
- Knowledge of acoustics
- Knowledge of German would be a plus to manage the relationship with our supplier
A vehicle and a working mobile phone will be set up. A training period is planned in
internal. This will be followed by training at our supplier in Germany, the duration of which remains to be determined.
Full-time CDI contract, day package, 215 days per year
Position based in Voiron (38)
