Expert Instrumentation Technician

In order to respond to our growth, we are looking for an expert instrumentation technician who is motivated for his customer service.
Your missions
- Carry out the appraisal and repair of instruments returned to the workshop by customers,
- Ensure the administrative part of after-sales service files,
- Prepare quotes and technical intervention reports,
- Provide technical support to customers and salespeople,
- From time to time, you will carry out calibrations and trainings at our customers' premises throughout France,
- Participation in the commissioning of new equipment and drafting of the visit report,
- Upkeep, maintenance and operation of our calibration means and equipment related to metrology,
- Be responsible for the quality of work and traceability by applying procedures and operating methods
- Ensure customer satisfaction
Your profile
You have a technical training in a specialty of instrumentation (Physical Measurements, CIRA, Industrial maintenance) and you have a first experience in a similar position.
You are comfortable with IT and have already worked on an ERP.
You are oriented towards quality of work, have a team spirit and a sense of customer service.
You hold a valid B License.
For this function, rigor, the ability to adapt to all types of interlocutors, autonomy, a sense of customer relations, and the ability to analyze are essential. Fluency in English and knowledge of flowmetry are essential to be successful at Bronkhorst.

Working conditions
Contract: Full-time CDI, immediate appointment
Position based in Montigny-lès-Cormeilles.
Occasional travel throughout France
