Technico-salesman & sedentary Marketing Process Control/Industry

To strengthen the "Process Control" division in the booming Industry segment, Berthold France is looking for a technical sales representative & sedentary marketing.
The assignments are:
- The support of the regional teams responsible for business development in the Industry division,
- Qualification and orientation of incoming customer requests (via emails and phone calls)
- The development of commercial offers, quotes, sizing of products to the expectations of our customers,
- Business follow-up and coordination with the sales administration for order management,
- Contribution to the provision of technical and operational solutions for customers,
- Management of the customer database via our CRM tool (business qualification, products, prices, contacts)
- The contribution of "commercial leads" and support for the deployment of Marketing initiatives (events, fairs, brand visibility through the various communication channels and social networks, etc.).
These missions may change depending on market-related activities.
The skills and qualities required for this position are:
- Technical culture and knowledge of the Industrial Sector (Steel, Chemicals, Food, Recycling, etc.)
- Mastering traditional IT tools (Office package, Internet, etc.)
- Ability to understand, speak and write in English,
- Be responsible and independent
- Develop the sense of listening and be endowed with relational qualities,
- Demonstrate adaptability.
Occasional trips to France with our customers are to be expected.
Level of studies expected: from Bac +2/3 (type DUT, BTS, License)
Desired experience: 3 years minimum
