Present and active for more than 30 years on the national and international market, we are specialists in solutions and services for the instrumentation, measurement, control and regulation of fluids in industry.

Our activity is carried out in B to B and we count among our customers companies from many industrial sectors such as the food industry, the pharmaceutical industry, the chemical industry, etc.

In recent years, C2AI has not done in half measures: a good quantitative and qualitative growth with an evolution of the turnover, new hirings and new internal projects. C2AI today has 48 employees spread over 3 sites in France (Décines: 28 / Ile de France & Ouest: 4 / Sud-Ouest: 7) and a turnover of + €10 million.

As part of a replacement for maternity leave, we are looking for our head office in Décines, a communication officer :

Under the responsibility of the current Communications Officer, your role is to operationally deploy the internal and external communication policy in order to promote and enhance the company's image.

1 / Internal communication

• Design, produce and/or develop media for commercial action and company services (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Power Point);
• Participate in the organization of events (end-of-year party, business meetings, corporate weekend, etc.);
• Participate in the creation of video media and prepare filming in conjunction with our service provider.

 

2 / External communication

• Ensure the updating and continuous improvement of our website;
• Create product sheets on our website (description, technical data, photos) and keep them up to date;
• Write and publish blog posts;
• Decline the content strategy defined by the Sales Department on the various social networks (LinkedIn, Facebook) and implement it;
• Design, write and post appropriate content on our social networks;
• Creation at the request of the sales and marketing department of documents, technical sheets, product sheets, visuals, posters (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign);
• Put in the charter of the company various technical documents and commercial documentation;
• Participate in the organization of C2AI's presence in trade fairs.

Profile:

You hold a Bac+2 Communication – a Graphics option would be a plus

You have a good command of DTP tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, PDF, Acrobat DC, etc.) and office tools; digital and the codes of social networks,

You master spelling and are precise and rigorous in the graphic design of communication media.

Your qualities: autonomy, strength of proposal, pro-active, organization, rigor, dynamic, sense of service, listening.
