SERVICE TECHNICIAN (M/F)

Location: Position open on the South-East sector

OGP is a global manufacturer of Smartscope coordinate measuring machines. Our equipment allows manufacturers to control and validate the quality of manufactured parts. As part of our development, we are looking for an after-sales service technician to monitor Smartscope 3D measuring machines for our customers, located in the South-East. You join a dynamic team in a leading company in its field and attentive to the development of its employees, in a stimulating and collaborative work environment.

Our ideal candidate must have a first experience in the field of industrial maintenance.

 

Objectives and responsibilities:

• Apply the documents, rules and procedures in force
• Perform the installation of 2D and 3D optical measuring machines on customer site
• Ensure the revision of machines and their calibration
• Contribute to the monitoring of the machine park in your sector
• Carry out preventive and curative maintenance interventions to ensure the proper functioning of the equipment
• Participate in the support hotline (remote handling of equipment to analyze the problem encountered and define corrective actions)
• Write work orders
• Inform customers about machine developments or new products
• Report to the sales department any useful information concerning the customers visited

You are the privileged interlocutor of our customers and the guarantor of the proper functioning of the measuring machines. You are led to move regularly on the South-East sector. You carry out your missions in the service of a diversified clientele in the industry: aeronautics, precision mechanics, automotive, electronics, plastics, etc.

 

Profile and skills:

You hold a Bac+2 or Bac+3 diploma in the field of industrial maintenance, mechanics, electromechanics... You have knowledge of maintenance methods, industrial computing, as well as systems electronic and mechanical.

• Technical training at Bac+2 or Bac+3 level at least
• Good oral and written expression
• Good and credible customer relationship with different types of interlocutors
• Taste for teamwork
• Spirit of initiative, rigour, autonomy, curiosity and ability to adapt are part of your assets
• Operational English, B license and mastery of the office tool (Microsoft Office Pack)

You will receive product and software training as well as business support in order to provide you with technical information and guarantee the level of expertise necessary to master the position and the business.
