JRI is the reference in the fields of IoT solutions for the measurement and monitoring of measurement quantities (temperature, humidity, electricity consumption, etc.) and associated Metrology services. We design and manufacture our high-precision connected measurement sensors and develop scalable software solutions that meet the expectations of professionals in the health, food and industrial sectors. We also provide metrological services in temperature and enclosure characterization under Cofrac accreditation, on site or within our metrology laboratory.

In order to meet our needs, we are looking for our expert in metrology.

You will carry out your work in conjunction with the Metrology, Support and Quality processes.

 

You will be the privileged interlocutor for the requests of our internal and external customers (direct customers or distributors) on metrology questions.

 

You will therefore be led to:

• Carry out metrology tests requested by customers:
  • Protocol writing,
  • Testing process,
  • Report writing,
  • Dissemination to customers.

 

• Help customers (video or email) on hardware and software dedicated to metrology:
  • Training in our software,
  • Post-training assistance,
  • Advice and support.

 

• Participate in the design of metrology tools (hardware and software):
  • Report customer requests collected during training,
  • Propose improvements based on experience,
  • Validate the changes made and summarize in a report made available to customers.

 

About you :

• Rigorous, you have good oral and written communication
• Pedagogue, you enjoy passing on your knowledge and solving problems
• Autonomous, you know how to adapt to situations and your interlocutors
• Teamwork is second nature!

 

You have :

• Skills in metrology and in the field of quality
• Knowledge of the agri-food and/or pharmaceutical sectors sufficient to respond to our customers
• A good practice of written and oral English to respond to our international customers

 

Contract: CDI (full or part time)

Status: to be negotiated

Position based in Fesches-le-Châtel, possibly in Bezons or Rungis or remotely
