JRI is the benchmark in the fields of IoT solutions for temperature measurement and monitoring and related Metrology services. We design and manufacture high-precision connected measurement sensors and develop scalable software solutions that meet the expectations of professionals in the health, food and industrial sectors. We also provide temperature metrology services under Cofrac accreditation, on site or in our metrology laboratory.

As part of our operational team, which works directly with our customers to install our solutions, you will be responsible for:

• Manage and monitor the technical files of each client (scoping meeting with the client remotely, definition of prerequisites and technical and IT elements prior to the intervention of technicians)
• Schedule, organize and monitor the interventions of technicians in metropolitan France to guarantee the proper execution of interventions
• Coordinate the action of the various departments (production, logistics, metrology, etc.) in order to meet intervention deadlines
• Manage the files and the planning of preventive maintenance interventions and initiate interventions with subcontractors when necessary

 

About you :

• Organized and autonomous, you know how to show initiative
• You have a sense of customer relations
• Empathetic and attentive to others, you know how to adapt to your interlocutors

 

You have :

• A BAC+2 training in computer science
• Solid knowledge of networks, servers, and Cloud
• Knowledge of radio frequency & IOT technology would be a plus

 

CDI contract

Status: non-executive

Working hours: 35 hours
