JRI is the benchmark in the fields of IoT solutions for temperature measurement and monitoring and related Metrology services. We design and manufacture high-precision connected measurement sensors and develop scalable software solutions that meet the expectations of professionals in the health, food and industrial sectors. We also provide temperature metrology services under Cofrac accreditation, on site or in our metrology laboratory.

You assist the Quality Director in the maintenance, animation and development of the quality standards present within the Company (ISO 9001 and ISO 17025).

Your missions:
Ensure the proper understanding and application of quality procedures and approaches through training and methodological assistance,

• Identify and analyze quality problems and Customer complaints and propose corrective and/or preventive actions,
• Promote the culture of continuous improvement and best practices among employees,
• Monitor quality management tools (documentary system, indicators, etc.),
• Monitor and assist in the preparation of external quality audits and participate in internal audits,
• Participate in specific certification or accreditation procedures and ensure the sustainability of the certifications in force.
• Represent the client in order to satisfy him by preventing any delivery that does not comply with quality standards.

 

About you :

• You appreciate teamwork

• Curious, you are comfortable in the production and technical environment

 

You have :

• Training and experience in the field of quality
• A mastery of quality tools: statistics, measurement, problem solving method
• Knowledge of qualification and validation procedures for computerized systems (VMP / DQ / QI / QO / QP / GAMP ISPE)
• Good knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 17025, ISO 14001, ISO 27001 standards and knowledge of BPx – GxP FDA and EUDRALEX -CH Q9 and Q10
• A minimum B2 level of English (oral and written)
