We support our customers by providing hardware, software and actionable measurement information throughout the life cycle of a product – from development and design to manufacturing, assembly and final measurement.

Missions :

We are currently looking for a traveling After-Sales Service Technician under a permanent contract to ensure the maintenance of our three-dimensional measuring machines DEA, LEITZ and OPTIV at our customers based in the South East of France. The main missions will be:

• Ensure the installation of equipment according to the quality and duration criteria established by the Group, from installation to acceptance by the customer.
• Carry out preventive and curative maintenance operations, in compliance with the procedures in force.
• Provide technical assistance and telephone troubleshooting.
• Train our customers in certain maintenance operations.
• Be the representative, guarantor of the Hexagon brand with our customers.
• Actively participate in the continuous improvement of the service.

Itinerant position with frequent overnight stays (3 to 4 hotel nights per week).

Qualifications required:

• Training: BTS or DUT specialized in industrial maintenance, maintenance of production systems, electrical engineering, mechanics or equivalent
• Holder of a B driving license (provision of a company vehicle)
• Good use of IT tools
• Experiences of itinerant after-sales service and maintenance of industrial products (Roaming >80%)
• Qualities: technical curiosity, autonomy, rigor, excellent interpersonal skills, sense of service
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required
