Under the responsibility of the Technical Manager, within the company's after-sales service / measurement laboratory, the Metrologist Technician ensures after-sales service repairs of the equipment, calibrates the measuring devices on site or on site and writes intervention reports and calibration certificates.
MAIN MISSIONS
- Laboratory Orders
- Carry out metrology orders marketed by salespeople: create measurement chains
- Carry out the calibration and calibration of measuring devices in the laboratory
- Make sensor programming changes
- Carry out the assembly of the temperature probes
- Product after-sales service
- Inform customers about operating problems
- Analyze breakdowns or operating problems in after-sales service
- When returning equipment: carry out an assessment, make a quote, place the supplier order for repair, carry out the repair, dispatch to the customer
- Hotline
- Provide customer technical hotline for calibration or operation of devices
- Write intervention and qualification reports
- Enter and format intervention and calibration qualification reports, transmit them and classify them
- Design and update the service's activity monitoring tools using dashboards, timelines, etc.
- On-site interventions
- Carry out calibrations of measuring devices on site
- On-site user training
- Can assist the Technical Manager on site interventions
- Welding
- Adjust the welding stations;
- Carry out tin soldering;
- once welding has been completed, check the welds (visual, soldering) and carry out finishing work (sanding, cleaning, etc.)
