To continue in this dynamic, we are looking for our headquarters in Décines-Charpieu A Metrology After-sales Support Technician M/F

 

Under the responsibility of the Technical Manager and within the C2AI technical team, you will be responsible for ensuring after-sales service repairs of the equipment, calibrating the measuring devices on site or on site and writing intervention reports and certificates of 'calibration.

 

1. Laboratory Orders

• Carry out metrology orders marketed by salespeople: create measurement chains
• Carry out the calibration and calibration of measuring devices in the laboratory
• Make sensor programming changes
• Carry out the assembly of the temperature probes

 

2. Product after-sales service

• Inform customers about operating problems
• Analyze breakdowns or operating problems in after-sales service
• When returning equipment: carry out an assessment, make a quote, place the supplier order for repair, carry out the repair, dispatch to the customer

 

3. Hotline

• Provide customer technical hotline for calibration or operation of devices
• Write intervention and qualification reports
• Enter and format intervention and calibration qualification reports, transmit them and classify them
• Design and update the service's activity monitoring tools using dashboards, timelines, etc.

 

 

4. On-site interventions

• Carry out calibrations of measuring devices on site
• On-site user training
• Can assist the Technical Manager on site interventions

 

5. Welding

• Adjust the welding stations;
• Carry out tin soldering;
• once welding has been completed, check the welds (visual, soldering) and carry out finishing work (sanding, cleaning, etc.)

6. Programming

• Carry out programming and configuration of measuring instrument software;
• Ensure the adjustment of regulation loops;
• Solve problems including automation and control, implementation and installation constraints;
• Perform the installation, troubleshooting, calibration, construction and modification of industrial electronic equipment, laboratory instruments and devices;
• Ensure technological monitoring.

 

 

Profile:

Technical training level Bac+2 type BTS CIRA or BUT Physical Measurements or GEII Automation and industrial computing course, you were able to exercise and develop your skills in instrumentation, programming, automation during 2 to 5 years of professional experience in this field.

 

You master the wireless and wired network communication protocols for IoT and industrial applications (Mastery of connected networks such as LoRawan, mastery of ModBus, knowledge of the Backnet) and the different types of analog outputs/inputs.

 

You master the office package and remote assistance software such as Team Viewer, Anydesk and Teams.

 

The practice of technical English and / or Italian will be a plus that C2AI will be able to value.

 

In terms of your personal qualities, you are at ease in relational situations and enjoy teamwork. You are autonomous in your professional organization and know how to manage priorities.
