In order to support our continued growth, we are currently recruiting: 1 Test Engineer (M / F) Missions: Attached to the Test Manager, you will join a team of engineers and technicians, in charge of carrying out, in particular, R&D development tests. Your main missions will be: - active participation in the entire testing process, including in particular the improvement of the laboratory process. - carrying out tests, whether within the framework of product characterization or specific tests carried out within the framework of research programs, based on standards and procedures, while respecting the schedule. - Implementation of measurement means - Ensure the stability of the test conditions and the consistency of the measurements carried out - Interpret and analyze the data resulting from the tests - Exchange daily with the applicants for the tests (Studies, Quality, Customers ) - Realization of test reports - Participation in internal improvement / development projects of laboratory test resources. The test engineer fundamentally has a sense of teamwork as well as the willingness to learn and develop a certain level of expertise. He is a source of proposals to improve either the productivity of tests, or to suggest potential innovations on our products or consolidate our knowledge. He works in close collaboration with the other members of the laboratory (metrologists, assemblers, experts), as well as with all the R&D personnel. He must at all times comply with the quality policy and standards in force in the UTC CCS Group, in particular comply with the risk prevention policy in terms of Health, Safety and the Environment (HSE) Profile: - H / F of technical training Bac +5 (thermal, aeraulics, hydraulics, automation, regulation, acoustics, mechanics, etc.). You have experience in one or more of these technical fields, in relation to products from the Culoz site (Air handling units, air coolers / condensers, exchangers, comfort units, etc.) - Culoz site (01 ) - You hold electrical authorizations or are willing to carry out certifying training to obtain these authorizations - You have a correct level of technical English, due to numerous exchanges with suppliers and other UTC group sites. - Your rigor, organization, listening, your analytical and synthetic mind, your sense of innovation and your leadership in your area of expertise, your autonomy will be your main assets for this position.
