The company continues to develop and actively research a metrology agency manager (F / M) for its laboratory located in the Gironde department (33).

Job overview

As a real man / woman in the field, you play a key role in the recognition of the company and the development of your laboratory's activities:

Manage the agency

• Ensure the organization of the agency's work, on client sites and / or in the laboratory in accordance with procedures and client requirements;
• Guarantee the profitability of the various businesses;
• Ensure the management of the agency by ensuring the achievement of the company's objectives;
• Coordinate the agency's actions with the whole of society;
• Implement the QSE approach while ensuring the achievement of quality improvement objectives;
• Ensure ascending and descending reporting with General Management and within your agency.

Manage the team

• Ensure the management of employees;
• Organize the agency (formalize management documents, define delegations of responsibility, etc.);
• Define the skills needed to achieve goals
• Guarantee the development of human resources (training, professional development, recruitment, etc.);
• Manage and propose the development of its employees (training, promotions, qualification, remuneration);
• Motivate employees.
• Guarantee the management of disputes;

Ensure technical and commercial development

• Lead the technical development of the agency and its offer by relying on its expertise;
• Guarantee the implementation of the R&D policy according to the evolution of market needs;
• Carry out competitive intelligence.
• Guarantee the implementation of the commercial policy ensuring the development of the agency;
• Participate in the development and implementation of the Commercial Action Plan;
• Represent the company commercially as well as in professional bodies;
• Advise clients if necessary;
• Participate in supply and order reviews on strategic projects;
• Guarantee business completion and customer satisfaction;
• Supervise the management of the activity planning.

Profile sought

Of higher education (License, Masters, Engineer ...), you justify a concrete experience of 5 to 10 years in a similar role of team management in the field of service provision.

On a technical level, you have good knowledge in the following areas :

• Obligations related to the standard NF EN ISO / CEI 17025;
• The general concepts and tools of metrology in the fields of physical measurements;
• Interpretation of ECME procedures and technical instructions;
• ECME calibration and verification.

You have a proven practice of office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• You have a very good customer relationship, the sense of negotiation and your ability to develop existing customers will be the keys to your success;

• Education / Level: Bac + 2 / + 5 Physical measurements, Metrology, Electronics, Electrical engineering, Instrumentation, Maintenance, Tests, Mechanical engineering;
• Experience: 5 to 10 years in a similar function of team management in the field of service provision;
• Skills: Human resources management, Operational management, Business management, Business development, Lobbying, QSE;
• Knowledge : Metrology under COFRAC accreditation, electricity, temperature, pressure, force / torque and dimensional metrological fields;
• B permit : Travel in the New Aquitaine region;
• Type of Contract :CDI;
• Status:Private sector executive;
• Remuneration: +/- k € depending on skill level and experience + Incentive + company car.
