Metrology manager (M / F)

 

 

Missions:

Reporting to the Laboratory Director, you will join a team of engineers and / or technicians, in charge of metrology, in particular for R&D tests and production. You will also manage a team of test preparers. Your main missions will be:

• Manage the team to meet clients' needs
• Animate and ensure the consistency of measurement instruments in the company in relation to standard requirements
• Coordinate the management of the metrological park according to the needs of internal customers
• Follow the annual budget and control the associated expenses
• Participate in investment / development projects, respecting QCD objectives.
• Participate in actions to prevent risks in terms of Hygiene, Safety and the Environment
• Participate in internal projects to improve / evolve laboratory test resources.

As a Metrology Manager, you fundamentally have a sense of teamwork as well as the desire to learn and develop a certain level of expertise. You are a source of proposals to improve either the productivity of metrology, or to suggest potential innovations on our tests / means of measurements or consolidate our knowledge.

You work in close collaboration with the other members of the laboratory (test manager, experts), as well as with all R&D staff and production departments.

You must at all times comply with the quality policy and standards in force in the UTC CCS Group, in particular comply with the risk prevention policy in terms of Hygiene, Safety and the Environment (HSE)

 

Profile:

• M / F of technical training Bac +5, with specialization in metrology.
• Experience in one or more of the technical fields (thermal, aeraulics, hydraulics, automation, regulation, acoustics, mechanics, etc.) in relation to products from the Culoz site (air handling units, air coolers / condensers, exchangers , comfort units, ...) would be welcome
• You hold electrical authorizations or are willing to carry out certifying training to obtain these authorizations
• You have a correct level of technical English, due to numerous exchanges with suppliers and other UTC group sites.
• Your rigor, organization, listening, your analytical and synthetic mind, your sense of innovation and your leadership in your area of expertise, your autonomy will be your main assets for this position.
