Job overview
Your mission is to carry out quality control actions for orthopedic implants, ancillaries and biomaterials during their manufacturing process in order to guarantee compliance with product specifications within the Quality Control department.
You contribute to the brand image of the company by your seriousness and your thoroughness.
Reporting to the Quality Manager, you will carry out your missions in team schedules in complete autonomy:
Technical function
- Perform control operations to determine the conformity of raw materials, products after subcontracting operations and products manufactured in-house, according to control sheets, plan and specifications;
- Use all the means at your disposal in the Quality Control laboratory fully equipped and equipped with CMM MITUTOYO Mcosmos software and KEYENCE measurement system;
- Create and validate the ranges of controls and 3D measurement programs according to the product plan;
- Ensure the validity and capability of the means used;
- Analyze the results of the checks;
- Ensure the blocking, if necessary, of non-conforming internal and external products;
- Record in accordance with the procedures in force all the results of the checks carried out;
- Validate the aforementioned control operations: affixing the visa on the tracking sheets and recording in the CAPM system;
- Interpret and use the results, technical data, technical information related to the equipment to be checked;
- Inform production of the anomalies observed and request modifications to the settings;
- Write, if necessary, non-conformities sheets;
- Monitor the controls carried out by external service providers;
- Participate in the management of the metrological instruments park;
- Interpret calibration certificates and verification reports;
- Be the relay of the method and R&D department for the definition of controls and the continuous improvement of measurement procedures;
- Be a technical support in the field:
- For the implementation of control means during the industrialization phase;
- For the training and accreditation of production staff in self-checking operations;
- For the control of measurement uncertainties and the drafting of associated protocols;
- Ensure regular reporting to your hierarchy.
Quality function
Your function is in strict compliance with the quality procedures in force. As such you will have to:
- Check the documentation associated with raw materials, products after subcontracting operations and products manufactured in-house;
- Ensure the documentary management of control operations (classification, archiving) and standards related to the activity;
- Perform administrative monitoring of calibrated measurement equipment;
- Carry out the technical and normative watch;
- Respect HSE instructions;
- Participate in the performance of audits;
- Be a player in the continuous improvement of the quality system and technical procedures.

Profile sought
You ideally have a bac + 2/3 level diploma and have 2 to 3 years of experience in the field in a metrology function in a laboratory if possible in the health sector.
On a technical level, you have the following skills:
- Programming on Mcosmos 3D measurement software on CMM MITUTOYO;
- Concepts and tools of Dimensional Metrology and particularly on 3D measuring machine;
- Procedures and technical instructions for measuring equipment;
- IT tools and Office Pack (Excel, Word);
- English technical school level.
In terms of knowing how to be:

- You have an aptitude for dialogue and a strong capacity for analysis, synthesis and self-control;
